The Team Productivity & Collaboration Workshop was held on the 22 February 2017 at TNB Ventures’ office. Over 12 attended from 4 different startups. Tim Wieringa, Director at Hive17 Consulting – a company focusing on providing consulting services to SMEs and MNCs looking to embed Agile Leadership cultures within their workforce – was invited to give our startups a workshop on Productivity & Team Collaboration.

During this workshop, Tim shared valuable insights and ideologies that provided each team with the foundation needed to increase productivity and collaboration within their organizations. Having spent a lot of time working in with Large Enterprises / MNCs with regards to ‘Change Management’, and ‘Corporate Transformation’, Tim strongly believes that Intrinsic Motivation is a key ingredient to every successful and innovative company.
