The Cybersecurity Call for Innovation Programme started with a handshake event at CoSpace Park on 18 December 2019. A programme initiative by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) and powered by TNB Ventures, the handshake event marked the first milestone of the evaluation process where innovators’ submissions were reviewed by the Programme’s end-users.

Innovators were invited to the event to meet face-to-face with the end-users, each meeting would take 20-30 minutes. Team members from TNB Ventures as well as representatives from CSA were present at all sessions to facilitate the discussions. The objective of the event was for end-users to have a deeper understanding of the innovators’ proposals, and vice versa. Following this event, innovators would have the chance to revise their proposals and present to the end-users at the next Handshake session, to be held in January 2020.
