As part of the beginning of the Built Environment Accelerate to Market Programme (BEAMP) with Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the built environment sector was invited to share their industry challenges and articulate them in to challenge statements.

15 corporates from the built environment indusstry that went through the Challenge Statement extraction workshop were JTC, Keppel Land, Surbana Jurong, P&T Consultants, Kimly Construction, Soilbuild, Tiong Seng Contractors, Far East Organization, SAMWOH and Straits Construction.

For some of them this was their first time going through the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) and to see what it’s like to clearly identify and state their day to day challenges.

The workshop particpants also got the chance to be inspired by other industry experts like Raymond Koh, CTO of Microsoft Singapore and Dr Ho Chaw Sing, Managing Director of NAMIC in the 3D printing construction field.
