As part of the BEAMP Cycle II Outreach phase, TNB Ventures organized the BEAMP Cycle II Early Handshake event on 28 November at JTC Creates at Blk 71. The event served to faciliate the introduction and detailed discussion between the Programme Partners and the innovators who were looking to apply to solve the challenges under the Programme. Six Partners were present at the event including JTC, DP Architects, Boustead Projects, Siemens, Dragages and Admaterials. Each of these Partners was paired with 5 to 6 interested innovators for a series of 20-minute 1-to-1 speed dating sessions. Within a short time frame the innovators had the opportunity to present to the partners their exciting technologies as well as clarify with them on the requirements of their respective problem statements. Several innovators such as SenSING, Danalabs or Inspections.AI came out of the event with registered interest from the partners, which would subsequently be followed up with further rounds of discussion and potentially a letter of interest (LOI).
